At Recharge Store, we’re committed to providing high-quality natural supplements and exceptional customer care. If you receive the wrong item or would like to return a product, we offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and safety seals must be intact.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

2. Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want the item, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • It remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • It is in perfect, resalable condition.

  • You cover the return shipping cost.


Return Process

1. Contact Us First
Email us at support@rechargestore.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged, incorrect, or defective)

2. Return Approval & Shipping
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving approval.

3. Inspection & Refund/Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • If we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., Sea Moss Gel)

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order and that shipping details are accurate.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries or incorrect address submissions, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
